The Embassy’s main objective is to protect and promote Uganda’s national interests in Türkiye. This includes, among others, strengthening the bilateral relations between Uganda and Türkiye in the social, political and economic areas. To this end, we follow very closely events in Türkiye’s foreign policies as well as economic development in order to identify and create opportunities for cooperation between Uganda and Türkiye.

Another core function of the Embassy is to deliver the best possible services to all Ugandan citizens in Türkiye, who for one reason or another may find themselves in need of assistance. In this regard the Embassy offers relevant advisory and consular assistance.
